Woodglen sourced the deal in 2016, is part of the development team, and expects completion in 2025.

Kirksey Commons is a 100,000 SF mixed-use self-storage development in West Palm Beach, Florida. Kirksey Commons is located approximately 1 mile north of Downtown WPB and will provide needed storage for the rapidly growing WPB market.Woodglen acquired the land in December 2021, changed the zoning to self-storage, completed the construction documents and is in for permits. Woodglen is expected to break ground in September 2024 and the completion date is the first quarter of 2026.

The hospitality development is a high-end 200 room resort style project located on the banks of the Taconic Bay, in Southampton, NY. 

A ground-up self-storage development on 2.2 acres in East Hampton, NY. The project will consist of 50,000 RSF and 373 self-storage units split across two buildings. Construction is expected to commence in 2025 with completion in 2026.

Lantana Art and Auto Storage is a 20,000 + SF light industrial condominium development. The Project is currently undergoing entitlement with an expected completion date at the beginning of 2026.

The project was acquired at the end of 2021 and a large capex project was completed, which resulted in significantly higher rents.

A 3,500+ RSF single-story retail building located in Downtown Lantana, FL. The building was purchased with USPS as the single tenant with a lease expiration in 2024. WIRE negotiated a long-term extension with the USPS for an increased rent over 100% above the previous lease.

Acquired in 2021, 468 Parish Drive is a 10,000 RSF medical office building located in Wayne, NJ. Since acquisition, ownership has stabilized the building to 100% occupancy (up from 70% at acquisition) with long-term tenants on accretive leases.

A one acre assemblage zoned for retail and residential in Downtown Lantana, FL. There is an existing single family home on the site. The remaining acreage will be developed as mult-family in the future.
