Kirksey Commons is located approximately 1 mile north of Downtown WPB and will provide needed storage for the rapidly growing WPB market.Woodglen acquired the land in December 2021, changed the zoning to self-storage, completed the construction documents and is in for permits. Woodglen is expected to break ground in September 2024 and the completion date is the first quarter of 2026.
